Deploying Symantec Endpoint Protection 12 to client

I got the problem on deploying Symantec Endpoint Protection 12 to clients. I've tried using push installation to clients and create stand alone installer (setup.exe) but some clients can't proceed the installation process although the deployment status is ok. I even called the Symantec Support Center to ask for help. They tried to fix it through remote desktop and instructing me to remove entries from registry, view log file, and eventually using cleanwipe.exe tool from Symantec. I tried to reinstall again but still unsuccessful. :(
